- Respect of all the hygienic measures prescribed by the ministry of public health and WHO in all branches.
- Launching of an exceptional Staysafe Pack granting all our customer free access to all digital product for 2months. Our customers security is important therefore, we encourage the use of our diverse digital platforms in conformity with BEAC recommendations. In line with the increased use of our digital platforms during this critical moment, we recommend the following diligences be observed during this period:
- Keep your PIN (Personal Identification Number), your password, your debit or prepaid card number PRIVATE Always check your bank statements and contact your bank immediately if you spot any transactions that you didn’t authorize.
- If you’re around other people, be careful of ‘shoulder surfers’ (people who try to watch what’s happening on your screen)..
- Access your accounts from a secure location
- Always log out when you are done
- Monitor your accounts regularly
